Obd2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the obd2 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any services provided by obd2 via https://obd2.ws or its associated mobile application, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and obd2 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of services on the obd2 platform, you are required to register a valid personal account. During registration, you must provide information that is true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension or closure of your account.
- You must be 18 years of age and above to register and use this platform.
- Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to obd2.
- You must notify obd2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Obd2 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other external communication channel. If you receive such a request, do not comply and report it immediately.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users of the obd2 platform are required to comply with all usage rules set out herein. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any automated mechanism to access, scrape, or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, attack, disrupt, or damage the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another individual.
- Engaging in fraud of any kind, including match manipulation, falsifying transactions, or misusing promotions.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
- Distributing offensive, racist, or unlawful content that violates Malaysian law.
Obd2 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the accounts involved.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the obd2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers.
Deposit
- All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as set from time to time.
- Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method.
- Obd2 reserves the right to decline deposits that raise concerns of fraud or violate platform policies.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified bank account in the same user's name.
- Your first withdrawal may require additional identity verification for security purposes.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take 1–3 business days.
Obd2 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals under investigation for fraud, suspicious activity, or terms violations. Users will be notified of any such hold with reasonable explanation.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The obd2 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. obd2 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, suitability, or availability of the platform at any time.
- Obd2 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting or investment decisions made through the platform.
- Obd2 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, such as internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
- Under no circumstances shall obd2's total liability to any user exceed the account balance held in that user's account at the time of the incident.
Users are solely responsible for any decisions made on the platform and acknowledge that betting and gaming carry financial risks.
6. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Terms Amendments
Account Suspension & Closure
Obd2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following situations:
- Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Registration information found to be false or inaccurate.
- Confirmed fraudulent activity, hacking, or platform abuse.
- Account has been inactive beyond the stipulated period with no transactions recorded.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the remaining balance may be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. If closure occurs for other reasons, any valid balance will be returned in accordance with the established process.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software code, and visual elements on the obd2 platform are the property of obd2 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The obd2 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. obd2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such external sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Terms Amendments
Obd2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on this website. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed mechanisms or through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
